Order Holds

If you need more time to fix an issue, we also provide the ability to prevent an order from leaving the warehouse until it is correct. A warehouse or customer service team member can place an order on “Operator Hold” until a manager resolves the issue and releases the order back into the queue.

Merge Orders

The Merged Orders feature allows your company to save a significant amount of money on postage and improves your picking efficiency.   You can merge any number of orders from the same customer to be shipped.   

So, for example, if a customer has 2, 3, or 5 open orders they can be consolidated into one shipment.

ShipHero allows you see and review your Amazon FBA order details as well as add notes.
 

You can also create your restocking shipments from within the ShipHero web dashboard.  From the “Create Restock Shipments” menu under the Amazon tab on the ShipHero Web Dashboard you can see things like the quantity you have on hand, how many are currently on the Amazon shelves, how many you sold over various periods, etc.

With this detailed information, ShipHero allows you to then create a restocking shipment order complete with 2D barcodes on the shipping labels that reduce the upfront work that you have to do.  

These cool little 2D barcodes are printed on the shipping label and tell Amazon exactly what is in the box so that they don’t charge you pesky fees for not including the required package content detail.  Saves time and money!
