ShipHero plans start at $15,000 a year. Your price is set by your annual shipment and order volume, store connections, the features you need, and any hardware or support add-ons. Users, SKUs, warehouses, and 3PL clients are never metered.

DTC shipments over your annual allotment bill at a flat pay-as-you-go rate of $0.24 per shipment. Prepay for extra volume instead and the rate drops in tiers, from $0.22 down to $0.151 per shipment. Tiers accumulate over your whole contract term, so on a multi-year contract, each year's prepaid volume keeps moving down the tiers instead of starting over. Wholesale orders work the same way: $2.10 per order pay-as-you-go, or prepaid from $2.00 down to $1.882. Prepaid volume you don't use rolls over to the next year. These are our standard rates, and we can tailor pricing to fit your business.

ShipHero WMS plans start at $15,000 per year, plus a one-time onboarding and implementation fee that typically starts around $5,000, depending on scope. The Core plan includes 25,000 DTC shipments per year. Wholesale orders are pay-as-you-go at $2.10 per order, or less when prepaid. The exact price depends on four things: how many DTC shipments and wholesale orders you process each year, how many store connections you need, which features you add, and any hardware or support add-ons. Users, SKUs, warehouses, and 3PL clients are unlimited and never change the price. These are typical starting rates; most customers' pricing is set with our team based on their operation.
Shipments track the value you get from a WMS. Charging per user penalizes you for hiring. Charging per SKU penalizes you for growing your catalog. We do neither.
Nothing stops. DTC shipments over your allotment bill at a flat pay-as-you-go rate of $0.24 per shipment. If you see it coming, prepay for a block instead. Prepaid rates start at $0.22 per shipment and drop in tiers to $0.151 as volume grows, and the tiers accumulate over your full contract term rather than resetting each year. For example, 75,000 extra shipments cost $18,000 pay-as-you-go, or $13,785 prepaid.
On multi-year plans, unused shipments and orders roll into the next year.
No. The AI Toolkit, including MCP access, is included free on every plan. It runs on its own API bucket, so your AI tools never draw down the API credits your integrations use.
These are paid add-ons, available on every plan: additional store connections beyond the 10 included, EDI integrations through SPS Commerce or CRSTL, the Retailer Label Library, light-directed hardware for Pick-to-Light, Pack-to-Light, and Receive-to-Light, Tap-to-Pack hardware (a one-time purchase), NetSuite ERP integration (built on the native ShipHero NetSuite SuiteApp and scoped to your setup), and onsite support days. Two features depend on your plan. Location-Aware Warehousing, a live warehouse map with Smart Batching, AI Path Optimization, wave picking, and putaway, is included on Enterprise and a paid add-on on Core and Growth, priced to your operation. Wave picking uses Pick-to-Light carts, which are billed separately. Single sign-on (SSO) is included on Growth and Enterprise and $500 per month on Core. The AI Toolkit with MCP is always included free.
Yes. Onboarding and implementation is a one-time fee that typically starts around $5,000, depending on the scope of work. It covers live training sessions and go-live support. Your quote will show it as a separate line.
Subscription fees are invoiced monthly in USD. You can pay by credit card or ACH debit, and ACH credit is available with approval. The onboarding fee is due when your agreement starts. Monthly add-ons, like extra store connections or light-directed hardware, are billed starting the month they go live and for as long as they stay active.
Contracts start at 12 months. Multi-year contracts unlock rollover of unused shipments and orders, plus the best per-unit rates.
Renewal increases are capped at 10% of your initial term fees, and the cap applies to every charge on your agreement: the platform fee, shipments, wholesale orders, store connections, and add-ons. That's by design, so you can plan your WMS costs years ahead.
Both. Every plan runs wholesale orders and DTC shipments in the same system. On Core, wholesale orders bill pay-as-you-go at $2.10 per order, or less when prepaid. Growth and Enterprise include a custom wholesale allotment.
No. 3PLs get the same pricing as brands. ShipHero doesn't charge by the number of warehouses you run or the number of clients you serve.
