Mariela Diaz is a VP of UX at ShipHero. She is responsible for helping to define and implement an inspiring and holistic product vision and design strategy with the sole purpose of creating a delightful experience for our clients. Diaz’s greatest strengths are the ability to empower multidisciplinary teams by promoting a symbiotic and mutualistic relationship. Her leadership style is based on empathy; she loves helping people overcome their fears and empowering them to achieve whatever they want. Her passion is centered around untangling complicated processes and transforming them into super easy tasks to complete. Her hobbies include photography, illustration and arts and crafts.
