ShipHero now allows you to easily sort your packages into the correct carrier container via the mobile app. Every morning, your team can print out barcode labels for each gaylord. When your sorter goes through the packages that are ready to ship and loads them up, they’ll scan each package and be directed to the proper receptacle. This also helps to alleviate the lack of first scan, so your customers will be notified when packages are ready to ship.
Paper verification for bulk ship orders is over! Now all bulk ship pick lists will have a QR code. Once the picker scans the code, ShipHero’s mobile app will direct them to the correct location and tell them what to pick. Then, the picker will hand off the picked order to the packing station for final QA before shipment.
It’s like getting a doublecheck with just a quick scan of a barcode. This should virtually eliminate any errors related to bulk ship and make it much easier to track down problems since it’s all stored in the app.

We also wanted to remind you that MFA is now available for all ShipHero client accounts. This feature was previously only available if a client requested it, but now it is available within the app.
