Candi Booth

Candi Booth is SVP of Carrier Solutions, where she leads carrier strategy focused on improving transportation outcomes for brands and 3PLs. She brings more than 20 years of GTM leadership across multi-carrier SaaS and eCommerce logistics.

Prior to ShipHero, Candi spent 18 years with Auctane and its predecessor companies, leading through four stages of growth from startup through PE ownership. Most recently, she served as SVP of Solution Sales, leading strategic growth initiatives and carrier optimization.

Her experience centers on scaling operations, developing creative growth strategies, and building high-performing teams. She joined ShipHero for the opportunity to scale its carrier strategy and help merchants and 3PLs ship faster, operate more efficiently, and lower their cost to serve.

Outside of work, Candi is a mother of three boys, a lifelong sports enthusiast, an avid reader, and a wildlife photographer.
