Karen Schwartz is Vice President of Transportation at Shiphero, where she oversees all carrier procurement and carrier partnerships for ShipHero WMS, managing final, linehaul, and middle-mile networks.

She is a dedicated negotiator who secures optimal rates and service levels while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. From managing inbound freight to optimizing our entire transportation network, Karen’s leadership is defined by a "roll up your sleeves" tenacity and a commitment to solving problems quickly.

A true servant leader, Karen leverages her deep industry expertise to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she is an avid cyclist and a dedicated golfer who is always looking to improve her handicap.
